Currently, we only provide services within inner London in zones 1-3.
No. We won’t charge you extra for Congestion Charge (CC), parking, or ULEZ. The price you see is the price you pay.
To book our services, you need to register first and create an account. Once you have created an account, you will be able to place an order for the date/time that suits you best.
Please note that we don’t store your card payment details. For the maximum level of protection and security, we use the Stripe payment system.
We aim to return your laundry within 24-36 hours from the time of collection.
Yes, our minimum order value is currently £40.
Yes, we can wash and iron your linen. Simply go to our Laundry services page and select the number of items you need to be washed.
We only accept card payments. You will be able to pay securely for your orders using our online portal via Stripe.
It is simple! Send us an email with your full name, address, and details of your order, and we’ll email you the receipt immediately.
