Laundry and Dry Cleaning Prices

Your items will be machine washed, tumble dried, neatly folded and processed by weight. Ironing is not included in this service.

Please note:

• By default, we’ll wash your items at 30°C. Upon request we can wash at 45°C or 60°C
• The service does not include pre-check or treatment of stains 
• It’s a customer responsibility to ensure that items are suitable for machine washing and tumble drying 
• We cannot be held responsible for damage to non-washable items 

Service options:

Mixed Laundry:

• All items will be washed together as received 
• Best option for items with similar colours 
• Cheapest option for everyday laundry 

Separate Laundry:

• Items will be separated into light and dark-coloured 
• Your laundry will be separated into 2 loads to minimize the risk of a colour run
• Best option for customers worried about colour bleeding 
• Additional fee applies 

Suitable items:

• Everyday laundry items such as t-shirts, trousers, shorts, bedsheets, pillowcases, towels and other machine-washable fabrics. 

Unsuitable items:

• Delicate fabrics (silk, wool, cashmere) 
• Dry clean only items 
• Leather or suede 
• Items with Special care requirements 
• Bath mats 
• Bulky items such as duvets 
• All type of shoes 
• Pet beds 
• Items with heavy stains (we don’t offer stain treatment) 
• Items that are unsuitable for machine washing and tumble drying 

How to prepare your laundry:

• All items from pockets should be removed 
• Secure any closures (zippers, buttons, etc.) 
• Check care labels 
• If you are booking multiple services, please prepare all items for laundry in a separate bag

How to prepare for collection: 

· If booking multiple services, please keep dry cleaning items in a separate bag

The service is only applicable to washed items that can be ironed. Some typical items include shirts, trousers, suits, dresses, bedsheets etc.

· Everyday items that can be ironed such as shirts and blouses, trousers and slacks, suits and blazers, casual shirts, t-shirts, jeans and chinos, dresses, skirts, bedsheets, pillowcases

Unsuitable items: 

· Unwashed or soiled items

· Extremely creased items (please select Wash & Iron service) 

· Heat-sensitive fabrics

How to Prepare Items for Ironing: 

· Ensure all items are washed 

· Sort items by fabric type

· Indicate any delicate materials requiring special attention 

Service Description: 

The cleaning process will vary between each item requirement. Please note that some items may require up to 72 hours to process. 

Suitable items: 

· Large items that cannot be cleaned in a regular wash and require special attention. Some typical items include: duvets, mattress protectors and blankets

Unsuitable items: 

· Sheets, Duvet covers, pillowcases and towels
